FFD jig separators, also known as compound jigs, is a dual-action gravity separation machine designed for coarse mineral beneficiation, including barite, fluorite, iron ore, and manganese ore,etc
It operates through a synchronized vertical expansion and contraction motion. A flexible rubber diaphragm seals the upper jig chamber to the lower pulsation chamber, generating alternating vertical water currents within the jig.
During the compression phase, water flows upward through the screen, loosening the stratified mineral bed. In the expansion phase, water recedes, causing the mineral bed to settle. Under the influence of gravity and differential settling velocities, heavier minerals sink faster than lighter ones, achieving effective density-based separation.

Packing & Shipping
