| Log Washers are designed to remove tough, plastic clay contaminants and other deleterious materials from gravel, stone,aggregate and hard ore feeds via material-on-material scrubbing.
They assist with breaking down heavy plastic clay, conglomerates, and certain types of soft stone that may be present in ore, crushed rock or gravel. They can also remove coatings from individual particles, break up agglomerations and reduce some soft, unsound fractions by a mild form of differential grinding.

How does a log washer work?
Hard rock and ore contaminated with clay undergo a more intensive washing process compared to other machines available on the market. The intermeshing paddle shafts not only scrub the material but also convey it along the length of the machine toward the discharge area.
As the material is processed, dissolved clay and mud contaminants overflow through a weir in the water slurry, particularly when the Log Washer is installed at the appropriate incline.

We ensure the safe and secure packaging of all exported goods. Small accessories are packaged in wooden crates, which are reinforced with channel steel for added stability. Larger components are securely fixed onto wooden pallets, while the complete equipment is loaded in its bare form directly into the container.
