Fine Material Spiral Washer is an equipment for cleaning, classifying and dewatering, it can effectively remove water-soluble clays, silt, and micro-fines from raw material(<10mm) and mainly used for processing fine granular materials (such as sand, mineral powder, tailings, etc.) : sand and gravel plant, mineral processing plant, and construction waste recycling.

The primary function of a fine material washer is to clean fine solids (<10 mm). This is achieved through the continuous rotation of the screw conveyor shaft and the velocity of the overflowing wastewater acting on the feed. The rotating shaft causes the feed
to roll and tumble, generating friction between particles. This action removes harmful coatings from the solids, which are then discharged along with the overflowing wastewater.
