Answer: Henan Forui Machinery Technology Co., Ltd was formerly known as Gongyi Forui Machinery Factory, our business has been in operation since 1986. Q: Where is your factory located? Is the transportation convenient?
Answer: Our factory is located in Gongyi City, Zhengzhou City, the hinterland of the Central Plains of China. We have Xinzheng International Airport here. You can fly directly from Xinzheng International Airport to Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou and Shenzhen. Transportation is very convenient, welcome to visit our factory.
Q: What equipment do you produce?
Answer: We produce the following beneficiation equipment:

Q: How long is the warranty period of your equipment? Does your company provide spare parts?
Answer: Our equipment is guaranteed for 12 months (except for fast-wearing parts), and we provide customers with necessary spare parts. At the same time, we will provide customers with spare parts for life at the lowest cost.
Q: What are the trade terms?
Answer: FOB, CIF, CFR, etc. are acceptable.
We can accept wire transfers and letters of credit. Customers need to pay a 30% deposit first. Before delivery, customers need to pay the balance (70% of the order price), which is the practice of international trade. The finished picture will be sent to the customer before delivery.
Q: If the customer pays the deposit, how long will it take for the factory to ship the goods?
Answer: Normally, if it is in stock, it will be shipped in 3 to 5 days. Out of stock, it will be shipped in 15-20 days. The specific time depends on the number of devices.
Q: What is the shipping method of the factory? How long can the customer receive the goods after the factory ships the goods?
Answer: generally by sea. It takes about 45 days. The speed of shipping is relatively slow, which is an international practice.
