TSS Dewatering Screen

TSS Dewatering Screen, also known as high-frequency vibrating screen, is a vibration dehydration equipment designed for fine particle materials. It changes the surface tension of the ore pulp through excitation force, allowing the pulp water to pass through the screen mesh and become the under-screen material, while the fine particles are blocked by the screen mesh to form a filter cake that is moved forward and discharged due to the vibration force.

Working Principle

The high-frequency dehydration screen utilizes two specially designed high-frequency, low-amplitude vibrating motors that move in opposite directions. The excitation forces in the same direction are superimposed, while those in the opposite direction cancel each other out, forming a single directional excitation force along the vibration direction. This drives the screen body to perform linear reciprocating motion, thereby removing excess moisture from the material surface
