A jig separator is a type of gravity separation equipment. It operates through periodic water flow (pulsating water flow), causing materials to stratify in water based on their specific gravity, thereby achieving the separation of heavy and light materials.  Heavier materials settle at the bottom, while lighter materials remain on the upper layer.
The Jig separator has been widely applied in mineral beneficiation, metallurgical slag processing, and resource recycling. It is particularly suitable for the purification of low-grade ores and the recovery of metallic resources.

The LTA jig separator is a down-moving jig with a compact structure. The downward cone generates a stable pulsating water flow, making it highly effective for the separation of fine and medium-sized mineral particles.

It is widely used in the processing of various metal ores, non-metallic ores, and smelting slag.
