The AM30 jig separator is a high-efficiency jigging machine designed for the separation of coarse-particls minerals(8-30mm) .It is suitable for processing ores with large particle sizes. This type jig separator uses a side-moving jigging motion. It has large feed size, small footprint, stable operation, and long service life.

AM30 is widely used for separating ores such as hematite, limonite, manganese ore, chromite, barite, and fluorite. It also works well for recovering metals from smelting slag, like ferrochrome slag, ferronickel slag, and copper slag.

A jig separator is a type of gravity separation equipment. It operates through periodic water flow (pulsating water flow), causing materials to stratify in water based on their specific gravity, thereby achieving the separation of heavy and light materials.  Heavier materials settle at the bottom, while lighter materials remain on the upper layer.
