FFD Jig Machine

FFD Mineral Jig Machine is a high-efficiency gravity separation equipment. It adopts a unique compound double movable sieve structure, combining pulsating water flow with movable sieve action to enhance the separation efficiency of coarse heavy minerals.
With a max feed size of 50 mm and  capacity of up to 50 t/h (depending on model and ore conditions), FFD jig machine is widely used for the recovery of gold, iron ore, manganese, fluorite, barite, chrome ore, gemstone and other heavy minerals. It is especially suitable for coarse-grained mineral separation and primary gravity concentration.

Working Principle

Working principle of FFD Jig 

The compound double movable sieve jig adopts the principle of lever mechanics and drives the lower three-level fine ore beneficiation combination through the base frame transmission combination, and the lower three-level fine ore beneficiation combination drives the upper three-level coarse ore beneficiation combination. So as to complete the beneficiation process of upper and lower compound double action.
